Policies
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time to fill out the client intake form and prepare for your treatment. You can also download the client intake form here

Late Policy. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. If you are late for the appointment, we may be able to adjust the time accordingly. In some instances, it may be necessary to give a partial session or add an extra fee. If we are late, we will attempt to give the full session or may reduce the charge for time worked.

Cancellation Policy. Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed.

Payment. We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.

Gratuity. Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not necessary.

Etiquette
- Please turn off cell phone and pagers. Disconnecting, even for an hour, is an important a part of your treatment. We understand that you may need to be accessible due to family or work emergencies. In this case we recommend leaving your phone on vibrate.

- Guests receiving massage or body treatments must be 18 years of age. We do require adult supervision for any children's services (14 years or younger).

- Please do not smoke during your treatment session
